The Fallen Workers Foundation exists to step in during the critical first weeks after a worker is suddenly unable to work due to serious injury, long-term illness or loss of life. The family's bills keep coming but the paycheck has stopped.
Our mission is to provide urgent, short-term financial support for essentials like housing, utilities, and basic needs so families can stay stable while they navigate insurance, benefits and long-term arrangements.
By partnering with employers, industry leaders, and community supporters, we aim to build a reliable safety net for working families, honoring the contribution of every worker by making sure their loved ones are not left alone in crisis.
